Conference Fees
Booking opens on 1 July 2007
We are offering an early booking fee (up to 29th February 2008) with a discount of £50. Members of the WAPCEPC are entitled to an additional reduction of EURO 50 (£33) on the conference fee.
There are two types of accommodation that can be booked:
1. Economy accommodation. This is en suite accommodation situated in The Village which is on the opposite side of the main road to the main UEA campus. It is a 10-minute walk away from theConference venue.
2. Standard accommodation which is also en suite,but situated on the main University Campus site. The rooms in standard accommodation are Slightly larger than those in the Village. Special needs will be accommodated where possible.
Please be aware all accommodation is normal university accommodation and rooms do not include televisions, telephones or room service.
We are also offering a limited number of non-residential places. These are offered for the duration of the whole conference. It is not possible to book for individual days. Accommodation and breakfast are not included in the conference fee.

The closing date for Bursary applications was 15th December, 2007. No further applications can be accepted.

The cost of the conference for residents is ALL INCLUSIVE of the following: Bed, breakfast, lunch, evening meal, coffees, fruit and teas, attendance at all lectures, workshops and keynote addresses and car parking for the duration of the conference. The Conference Dinner on the Wednesday evening is also included in the conference fee for all participants. It does not include the excursions, which need to be paid for separately.

Conference Registration
Please register online at
https://wapcepc.webapp2.uea.ac.uk/ This is the preferred method of registration. Alternatively use use the enclosed registration form which should be mailed or faxed to the Conference Administrator.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the conference the following refund rates will apply:
Registrations cancelled before 1 April 2008 will be refunded 50% of fees.
Registrations cancelled from 1 April 2008 will not be eligible for a refund.
Insurance
Please arrange your own travel and personal indemnity insurance. The organisers will not be liable for accidents, theft and property damage, or for delays and/or modification of the programme due to unforeseen circumstances.
Visa and Travel
Participants should check with their local travel agents whether they require an entry visa for Britain. If so, they are advised to apply to the nearest British embassy or consulate well in advance of their travel.
