The 2008 PCE Conference will be held at the University of East Anglia, in Norwich. 

Norwich is the administrative centre for the county of Norfolk lying some 165Km northeast from the city of London.  There is good road access by the M11 motorway and the A11 primary route.  A direct rail service foperates from London (Liverpool Street station) with a journey time of two hours.  The nearest airport is London Stansted, situated adjacent to the M11 motorway, approximately 100Km from Norwich.
